Eerie Experiments – Grossology Edition

Description: Eerie Experiments is invading Sloan Museum this year for some gross science fun! Make some sline, dissect a sheep eye, make some edible vomit and other gross and creepy hands-on activities. After the program, join us in the Halfway Café for pizza. Then spend some time in Grossology: The Impolite Science of the Human Body exhibit.

Really Gross Game Show

Description: Our game show host, Dale Grossemout will put your human body knowledge to the test! Play your way through weird, gross and amazing body facts, but watch out! If you give the wrong answer, you’ll be grossed out!

Germ Transportation: Sneezes, Wheezes and Other Vehicles

Ages: 7 – 9 yrs

Description: Germs can make you sick! Learn how germs get from one place to another and how to protect yourself from these invisible invaders with these fun hands-on activities.

Winter Break Camp: Grossology and CSI: Crime Scene Insects
Dates: Dec. 28th - 30th
Time: 9:00 – 12:00
Location: Sloan Museum
Ages: 3rd – 6th grades
Fee: $60
Description: Join us as we pull out some of our favorite Grossology activities and try out some new activities for Sloan’s upcoming exhibit, CSI: Crime Scene Insects. Use forensic science techniques like fingerprint and footprint analysis to unravel a mystery. Investigate insects to see how they can help scientists solve crimes.
